    2.5 Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and individuals in accordance with applicable laws;

    2.6 Conducting research, advocacy, and public-interest monitoring initiatives aimed at promoting integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct in public administration and among public officials, and preventing the abuse of power through non-governmental, lawful, and non-enforcement means;

    2.7 Providing policy research, analysis, and recommendations to governments and relevant authorities for the improvement and development of laws, regulations, and institutional frameworks;

    3. Fees

    3.1 Individual members, membership fee is US$200/year; membership certification fee is US$200/time.

    3.2 Corporate members, membership fee is US$2,000/year; membership certification fee is US$10,000/time; after three years of membership, promotion fee is US$6,000/year.

    3.3 Government members, membership fee is US$100,000 to US$3 million/year; certification fee is US$100,000 to US$1 million/time; after three years of membership, promotion fee is US$100,000/year.
